Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

By enrolling in a Launch to Lead Engineering program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Launch to Lead Engineering provides career development programs for engineers, currently focused on The Promotion-Ready Engineer Blueprint — a 6-month program helping engineers build the visibility, impact, and senior trust needed to earn a promotion. Sessions are delivered via weekly Zoom calls with ongoing support in a private Skool community. Full pricing and program details are reviewed before enrollment.

2. Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

We accept payment in full or an installment plan, discussed during enrollment. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice; late cancellations or no-shows are treated as completed sessions.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Materials provided during the program (frameworks, tools, templates) remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal use only — not for resale or redistribution. Information you share during sessions is kept confidential, except where required by law or with your explicit permission (e.g., anonymized success stories).

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide strategy, frameworks, and support — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a promotion, raise, or timeline. Results depend on your effort, your company's decisions, and factors outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Launch to Lead Engineering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

6. Termination

You may discontinue the program at any time (see our Refund Policy). We may terminate the relationship for non-payment, repeated no-shows, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Disputes & Changes to Terms

Contact us first at contact@launchtolead.io to resolve any concerns in good faith. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the update.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Launch to Lead Engineering ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

Contact details (name, email), professional information you share with us, payment details (processed securely by our payment providers), and standard website usage data (via cookies and analytics).

2. How We Use & Share It

We use your information to deliver the program, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (payment processors, Zoom, Skool, email, and analytics tools), when required by law, or with your explicit consent (e.g., testimonials).

3. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards (encrypted transmission, access controls) to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure. We retain information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax obligations, and delete it on request where legally possible.

4. Your Rights & Cookies

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We use cookies to understand site usage; you can control these through your browser settings. Contact us at contact@launchtolead.io for any privacy request.

5. Other

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We're based in the U.S., so your data is stored and processed here. We may update this policy from time to time — changes will be posted on this page.

Disclaimer

Important limitations and expectations

1. No Promotion Guarantees

We provide strategy, tools, and accountability — we do not guarantee a promotion, raise, or specific timeline. We are not your employer, HR department, or an intermediary with your company. Whether and when you get promoted depends on your company's decisions, your effort, and factors outside our control.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Mental Health Advice

Our program is focused on career strategy. We don't provide legal, financial, or mental health advice — for those, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Individual Results Vary

Testimonials and success stories on our site reflect individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. Your outcome depends on your effort, your company, market conditions, and timing.

4. Client Responsibility

The program provides the tools, strategy, and accountability — implementation is on you. Showing up prepared, doing the work between sessions, and being honest about your situation are all part of getting real value from the program.

Refund Policy

Clear expectations about payments and refunds

1. General Policy

Program sessions are non-refundable once delivered — completed sessions and delivered materials cannot be refunded.

2. The Guarantee

Give the program 60 days. If you show up, complete Missions 1–6, ask for help when you're stuck, and still don't have a clear Promotion-Ready Plan plus a stronger way to make your impact visible, we'll buy the program back from you at full price.

3. Payment Plans & Cancellations

If you're on an installment plan and stop payment, access to future sessions is paused until payment resumes. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are treated as completed and non-refundable.

4. Questions or Disputes

Contact us first at contact@launchtolead.io before initiating a chargeback — we'll work in good faith to resolve any billing concern directly.
