Common Questions
What if I don't have much experience?
Not a problem. Most engineers that I've worked with undervalue the experience they have, they just need someone to help them see it. Also, there are all kinds of independent projects you can work on to make your own experience if necessary. We can brainstorm together.
What engineering majors do you work with?
All of them. The frameworks I will teach you are not specific to one discipline or domain of engineering. They can be applied to any of them equally effectively.
How far in advance should I start?
Ideally you are already practicing for interviews a few weeks before you need to interview, so getting your resume in order, preparing interview examples and starting to work through your strategy would be something ideally you do 3-6 months before a career fair, recruiting event, or before you really start to ratchet up sending out job applications.
Why 3 sessions instead of more?
I see a lot of coaching programs that try to extend the coaching time excessively in hopes of increasing "lifetime value of a client," meaning they want to string you along so they can keep charging you more money. I'm more than happy to take more of your money if you insist, but I prefer to give you the most concentrated form of my experience/knowledge in as short of a time as required. Let's work together effectively and efficiently for 21 days and you will be ready to step into any interview you land, no issues.
