TAKE YOUR ENGINEERING CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Engineering Career Coaching, with Mansour Manci
Engineering Career Accelerator Program
The 3 biggest reasons you haven't landed that engineering role are:
- 1. Your resume doesn't stand out enough to get you interviews.
- 2. You're unable to frame your experiences and communicate them in a way that demonstrates the impact and value you've had previously and would bring to a new role.
- 3. When you finally get interview opportunities, your performance doesn't stand out and you're not sure what interview panels are really looking for in order to emerge as the top candidate.
This is why I designed my 1-on-1 personalized coaching program to help you solve these 3 problems. Click below to see if you're a fit for the program.
What You May Have Already Tried
These are all reasonable things to try. But they rarely move the needle on their own.
Asked AI to write you the perfect resume
It sounds right, but hiring managers can spot generic AI copy immediately.
Hit 'Easy Apply' on every job posting you could find
Volume feels productive, but a weak resume sent 200 times still gets the same result.
Googled "how to answer behavioral interview questions"
The frameworks are out there, but knowing STAR and actually delivering a strong answer under pressure are two different things.
Took career advice from people who've never sat on a hiring panel
Well-meaning friends and family often give advice based on how they think hiring works.
Tweaked your resume format or layout hoping that was the issue
Fonts, columns, and colors won't fix bullet points that don't communicate impact.
Waited for the "right" job to appear before putting real effort in
The best time to prepare is before the opportunity shows up, not after.
None of these are bad ideas — they're just not enough on their own. That's where structured coaching comes in.
Engineering Career Accelerator Program
4 live 1-on-1 sessions, one per week. Here's how it works.
What You Get:
Session 1
The Resume Rebuild
Live working session — we rebuild your resume bullets together in real time so they communicate maximum impact and value.
Session 2
The Story Vault
We build your master bank of behavioral interview examples — the right stories, structured the right way, for the competencies hiring teams actually evaluate.
Session 3
The Interview Strategy
Full interview strategy: how to open, answer, manage time, ask questions, close, and follow up — every detail, with the reasoning behind each decision.
Session 4
The Live Mock Interview
Full behavioral mock interview under real conditions — then we stop and rip apart every section with detailed, direct feedback until it's sharp.
Zero Risk
A $249 deposit is required to hold your spot. If I review your application and don't think I can genuinely help you, it's returned immediately — no questions, no delay.
If you're approved and we run Session 1: if you aren't completely satisfied with the results, the $249 is returned in full. You'll still walk away with a fully rebuilt resume — you lose nothing financially.
No pressure, no lock-in, no hard sell at any point. Every decision is yours.

8 years at John Deere. 4 promotions. 4 career pivots across Mechanical, Software, and Engineering Leadership. I've been on both sides of the hiring table and I built this program to teach you everything I learned about landing engineering roles and standing out in interviews.
Real Engineers. Real Results.
From stuck and frustrated to confident and hired.
"Mansour took the time to share thoughtful early-career advice, covering everything from navigating interviews to advocating for myself. What stood out most was how open he was about his own career journey—the honest ups and downs made his guidance feel real, grounded, and genuinely motivating."
"I was a mechanical engineer who wanted to break into software. Mansour helped me position my experience so that I could prove my value. Now I have a permanent software engineering role—without changing companies or taking a pay cut."

Common Questions
What if I don't have much experience?
Not a problem. Most engineers that I've worked with undervalue the experience they have, they just need someone to help them see it. Also, there are all kinds of independent projects you can work on to make your own experience if necessary. We can brainstorm together.
What engineering majors do you work with?
All of them. The frameworks I will teach you are not specific to one discipline or domain of engineering. They can be applied to any of them equally effectively.
How far in advance should I start?
Ideally you are already practicing for interviews a few weeks before you need to interview, so getting your resume in order, preparing interview examples and starting to work through your strategy would be something ideally you do 3-6 months before a career fair, recruiting event, or before you really start to ratchet up sending out job applications.
Why 4 sessions?
Because each session builds on the last — and each one requires real work between meetings. Session 1 rebuilds your resume, but you need time to sit with the new frameworks before Session 2. Session 2 builds your story vault, but you need time to finish your examples before Session 3. Each week has a purpose. Four sessions is what it takes to do this right without rushing the parts that matter most.
What's the guarantee?
Session 1 comes with a full satisfaction guarantee: if we finish it and you don't feel it was worth every penny, we stop there — no obligation, no awkward conversation, and your deposit is returned in full. You keep everything we built. If Session 1 delivers — and based on every client I've worked with, it will — we continue. Every decision after that is yours.
Who is this for?
Engineers who have graduated and are struggling to land that first great engineering role — whether you're not getting callbacks, getting interviews but not offers, or you just want to do this right from the start. If you've put in real effort and it's still not producing results, this program was built for you.
If you're tired of repeating what you already know doesn't work, try something that does.
Let me help you land a great engineering role — one you're proud to tell your friends and family about.
